Cancellation Policy
1. In the event that payment has been made, and that there is an error in the order, please do not hesitate to send us an email at justwearshoes@gmail.com. We will do our best to make sure that you received the right orders.
2. Please note that for all orders that have been dispatched / shipped out from Lim’s Footwear, we are unable to cancel the order. However, we will only be able to do exchanges in accordance to our “Returns & Exchanges Policy”.
3. For order cancellation, please email us at justwearshoes@gmail.com to check the status of your order.
- For order that have not been dispatched, we are able to cancel the order and refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
- For order that have been shipped out, we are not able to cancel the order, but may exchange them (refer to "Returns & Exchanges Policy")
